Mr. J Kumar Babu is an enterprising leader with extensive expertise in setting and scaling up small and medium (SME) growth driven organizations.  He had lead large teams in India’s one of the largest private sector business conglomerates viz. Sahara Finance Group with oversight for business development and operations. He was formerly an Associate Director with America’s largest insurer – MeLife’s Indian joint venture-PNB MetLife Insurance, managing Operations and Customer Service.  He left PNB MetLife as India Admin Head to start / ramp up various SME companies in Infrastructure, Facilities Management, Human Resources and Insurance Services.  He has proven highly successful track record in talent management, building efficiencies and capabilities through developing resources by value addition and principle centered leadership. 

Mr. Kumar is the strategist co-founder of Talentifiers, serves as the Managing Director focusing on the long term strategy and fuelling growth. He is an MBA with Certification in Strategy from ISB.     He has more than 23 years of strong effective leadership and wealth of experience in Business Development, Human Resources Management, Operations, Customer Service and Project Management. Mr. Kumar is a Management Consultant to a leading Facilities Management (FM) Company poised to achieve Rs. 100 Cr. turnover to establish its overseas presence and a Hong Kong Based Investment Company and also has successfully co-founded three infrastructure enterprises. Currently serving as a Director on the board of an upcoming Insurance Services Company. 

 

 Bala

Bala Subrahmanyam Gollapudi

CEO

Bala Gollapudi is the Chief Executive Officer of Talentifiers Consulting. He is based in Bangalore.

Bala, after securing bachelor’s degree in Science got his MBA in Marketing, post which he has become a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India and Fellow of Life Office Management (USA) and has put in over 23 years corporate experience, managing businesses, P&L, building functions from scratch, providing high class professional consulting working for some of the World’s largest and popular Organizations, both Government and Private.

Bala’s early career was with Life Insurance Industry, following which he two IT majors in India as a business consultant. During his subsequent extensive career with global Insurance Company, he spearheaded Strategic Initiatives and Business Transformation activities, followed by heading client services and claims processing and handled a vast and varied sets of resources.

As Head of health Insurance solutions vertical he has been part of several business development initiatives, brand awareness and go to market initiatives of payer practice, and built it from scratch and set up its team.

He hence has a thorough knowledge of HR industry both from business perspective as well as from candidate perspective. This experience enables a holistic view of a business situation from a 360o perspective.

In his spare time Bala likes to spend time with family, cooking and travelling.

 

 Sreedevi

Sreedevi Ramineni

Director-Client Services and Operations

Ms.  Sreedevi Ramineni being one of the co-founders of Talentifiers servers as the Director – Client Services and operations, where she works directly with the senior management with significant knowledge of the of Talentifiers’ talent management solutions.  She helps build robust processes and efficiency in the system. Ms.  Sreedevi has more than 20 yrs of Process and People Management experience in the Office Automation & Insurance Industry in various capacities. 

Prior to joining Talentifiers Ms. Sreedevi held the position of Regional Head at PNB MetLife Insurance.  With a proven track record and disciplined approach she had managed customer facing roles and created results-oriented teams, which include Services, Operations and General Administration.  She brings valuable experience in Operations, Recruitment, and Resource Management.

Pratibha

Pratibha Turumella

General Manager-Client Services and Operations

Ms. Pratibha Turumella being one of the co-founders of Talentifiers servers as the General Manager – Client Services and operations, where she works directly hands on with the operations teams, delivering the recruitment solutions to the clients. She manages day to day operations effectively, while achieving efficiency and productivity though the recruiters.  Ms. Pratibha has more than 10 yrs experience in Insurance Industry handling various roles.

Prior to joining Talientifiers  Ms. Pratibha worked as a Process, Audit & Customer Services Trainer at a Zone level managerial positions with PNB MetLife Insurance.  She also had a brief stint with a US based Online Software Services Training organization responsible for setting up and managing Indian operations reporting to the CEO.  She brings in hands on experience in the Training, Team Building and Client Services delivering customer delight.
